Nifty outlook and trading levels for 18 Dec 12

EOD Nifty  chart is showing that traders were cautious yesterday ...market traded in short range and closed in red making doji harami like candle ..chart is supporting bears .

 Chart is indicating  that every one is waiting for RBI policy announcement..
Flat to positive opening is expected with direction less market till 11 AM and then sudden increase in volatility expecting minimum 60 points move in nifty and and more than 200 points in bank nifty ...if RBI governor will come out with interest rate cut of 25 basis points (chances less than 20 % ) nifty will trade above 5975 .If crr cut will be there then nifty will shoot up initially then we may see profit booking which will drag market to red zone...so wait for market to open and then policy review.
expecting that u are holding ce6000 and pe 5800 with you.
Trade in nifty futures as per these levels .
Buy at / above: 5910  Targets: 5926 - 5945 - 5964- 5983-6012
Stoploss : 5889
Sell at / below: 5889   Targets: 5871 - 5852 - 5832 - 5812-5783
