U.S. stocks tumble for day two after Fed Policy statement, Merkel comments cancel out early gains


 U.S. stocks tumbled Tuesday for a second session after the Federal Reserve left rates unchanged and declined to signal another round of quantitative easing.
Seemingly “the only thing that could make investors happy today is if the Fed stood on the corner handing out paper money to people passing by,” said Jack Ablin, chief investment officer at Harris Private Bank.
